Challenge

Welding on elevated decks and in tight spaces has always posed major obstacles. Standard trailers are too bulky and heavy to maneuver in these environments, often requiring long cables, external compressors, and improvised setups. This not only slows down productivity but also increases safety risks, creates clutter, and makes it difficult for crews to access hard-to-reach weld points. Field teams needed a more compact, efficient, and safer way to bring their tools and power directly to where the work happens.

Solution

The WeldTrailer was built to solve those problems from the ground up. Its compact, lightweight frame is easy to maneuver, even pulled by a lawn mower, while high-flotation tires allow smooth movement across deck surfaces and over obstacles. A nearly 360-degree arm rotation ensures welders can reach difficult spots without wasted effort. With built-in tool storage, a small workbench, and options for compressors and plasma cutters, the trailer keeps everything close at hand. Designed for compatibility with multiple Miller and Lincoln models, and equipped with lifting hooks and fork pockets for safe transport, the WeldTrailer brings efficiency, safety, and adaptability to elevated welding operations.
